After going through a personal journey to recover from a series of illnesses caused by years of stress, anxiety and a non-stop lifestyle, Genna decided to set up The Ocean Rx - an ocean-inspired holistic health and fitness studio where you can find health, balance, and inspiration. Come and join us for a class to see what it's all about!

Jenna Celio | Marketing Coordinator & SUP Yoga Asst.

Always the athlete, Jenna found a new challenge and sense of peace in yoga. Add this to her love of the water and it creates the perfect equation for health and happiness.  Taking from the practice, Jenna has learned to push her mind and body beyond her comfort zone in order to grow spiritually and physically.

When Jenna is not practicing yoga on the board, she can be found paddling with her chocolate lab. She is also an avid runner, outdoors girl and traveler.

Kelly Lafontaine | Adventure athlete and total badass

It was love at first sight for her with SUP. Take fitness, mix it with water, and add a dash of fresh air and you’ve got the best recipe for happiness.

Being on the board is nothing but peace to Kelly. She realized you can combine that peace with a new perspective of exercise, all while building confidence, challenging your limits, and enjoying the ocean.

When she’s not ripping, Kelly is a holistic health coach, classical Pilates teacher, dog lover and outdoor woman.

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.
