FAQ (Frequently asked questions)
ABOUT THE CLASSES
Do I need to sign up in advance or can I show up the day of class?
You should reserve your spot online before the class, but we do welcome drop-ins. However, please be advised that due to limited class sizes and equipment, we can not guarantee a spot the morning of.
Are the classes for beginners?
Classes are intended for students of all levels. All classes are sequenced for beginners, with options to modify poses for more advanced yogis.
Do I need to know how to do yoga or Standup Paddle board (SUP) to take your class?
Heck no! Come one come all. If you've never taken yoga or never stepped foot on a SUP, we would still invite you to try. All classes are tailored to fit all yoga levels. We also provide a SUP Basic Overview before you step foot in the water to ensure you feel comfortable. If you're still "iffy" about giving this a try, e-mail us directly!
Do I need to know how to swim?
Yes, you do need to know how to swim. If you aren't the best swimmer, we advise you to book a private class to ensure more 1-on-1 supervision.
There's no way I can do all of that crazy yoga stuff! Why would I come?
No matter the age or skill level, there is almost nothing more invigorating than being on the water surrounded by nature's beauty. Even if you come and decide "I'm perfectly comfortable laying on my back looking at the sky for 90 minutes," rest assured it will be the most relaxing and empowering moment of your day.
